Hi, I’m Fleur

I’m an internationally recognised meditation teacher with over 130,000 people in my online classrooms around the world. I’m also a best-selling author with more than a decade of experience facilitating emotionally intelligent group spaces that feel safe, warm, engaging, and deeply honest.

As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent person, and someone who’s lived with chronic pain and health challenges for over a decade, I know firsthand the cost of masking and not being true to yourself. It takes a toll on your body, mind, and heart.
